Also, with this ultra-unifine flour, we’re using a highly elastic flour without sharp bits of bran to puncture the dough. This means pasta is more tender and delicious while still having the nutrition of whole grain. Under the careful hands of our pasta artisans, our flour comes to life as a delicious, tender tunnel-shaped pasta.
DirectionsBring 4-5 quarts of cold water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Cook Pasta for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste until preferred level of al dente texture is reached. Drain pasta.
