Contiguous U.S.

  • Re-Up offers FREE ground shipping for all orders over $75. 

  • For all orders under $75, we offer a flat rate of $8 for ground shipping.

    • Ground Shipping: 

      • $8 flat rate

      • Estimated delivery: 3-10 business days

      • Delivery times are an estimation and do not include weekends and holidays 

  • All orders are processed and shipped within one week. 

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder! 

Expedited Orders

  • We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option. 

International Orders

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Reducing Environmental Impact

  • We exclusively use ground shipping, which tends to have a much lower carbon footprint than air shipping. 

  • We source eco-friendly materials – from tape, to cardboard boxes, to packing materials – which are either recyclable or compostable.

  • We purchase carbon offsets for each order shipped, offering a carbon-neutral e-commerce option and supporting climate solutions beyond those found at our refill shop. 

Why Only Ground Shipping? 

  • Simply put, ground shipping is the most sustainable shipping option!  

  • The estimated carbon footprint of a 1 lb package that travels 1,000 miles from the shop over ground is 0.46 kg CO2e. The same package traveling the same distance with air shipping has an estimated carbon footprint of 1.02 kg CO2e. That’s more than double the carbon emissions! source
