Online Purchases

Returns

  • We accept returns on new, unused items within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned in the same, unopened condition that you received it, with a receipt as proof of purchase. Please start your return here.

  • Unless the product is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. 

Refunds

  • If your return is approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. 

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your items after purchase to ensure you do not have a damaged, defective, or wrong product




In Store Purchases

Returns

  • We accept returns on new, unused items within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned in the same, unopened condition that you received it, with a receipt as proof of purchase.  

  • Exceptions/Final Sale Items:

    • All bulk, refillable products including cleaning products, personal care products, and food filled into your own container are final sale. 

    • Gift cards are final sale. 

    • All perishable goods such as prepared foods or dairy are final sale. 

  • Please contact us if you have a question about your purchase’s return eligibility. Please bring in your item within 14 days of purchase to make the return or exchange in person. 

What If I Make A Mistake And Fill My Container With The Wrong Product? 

  • It’s ok! Don’t worry, it happens! 

  • If you dispensed the product into a new, clean Re-Up container that you pulled off the shelf, we can generally pour it back! Easy-peasy. 

  • If you dispensed the product into your own container, we ask that you purchase the product and find a use for it or gift it to a friend.

  • Make sure to double check the product names before you fill! 

Re-Up Bottle Returns 

  • We are unable to accept returns of our Re-Up containers. Due to sanitation regulations, we are not able to resell containers you have already brought home.

  • We recommend reusing them for another product or donating any containers you really can’t use.

A Note On Waste 

  • We always want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase AND we are always striving to reduce waste wherever we can. Due to sanitation guidelines we often have to throw away unpackaged items that get returned to us. We always do our best to distribute things we cannot resell amongst staff, but it’s not always possible. We strongly encourage all our customers to try and find a use for something instead of returning it to us. Give things away to your friends! Try something new! Make a huge batch of pickles with that wrong vinegar!
