Compost FilterChange this compost filter approximately every 6 months, depending on use. That time can be affected by heat and humidity in your area.
UseLet food cool down before putting it into the composter. Do not put hot or warm product into composter. The filter should not get wet, do not wash and reuse the filter. The charcoal in the filter absorbs the odors and once it has fully absorbed to its maximum, discard the filter. To replace filter, just pull old filter out, toss, and replace it.
All Re-Up products are available at our storefront in Oakland. You are encouraged to bring your own containers to refill – you will pay by weight, ensuring that you only pay for what you fill up with. We also have a wide array of containers for sale in-store with pumps, sprayers, and other accessories necessary for dispensing the products :)
