Organic PrunesThese organic pitted prunes are washed and warm-air dried in a series of carefully controlled processes. They are perfect as a snack, or chopped and added to baked goods, fruit bars, cereals, and chutneys. They can also be soaked and blended with water to make juice. Prunes are listed as one of the top ten antioxidant foods available, they also have an incredible radical absorbency with a 5770 oxygen radical absorbance capacity units per 100 grams. These prunes are pitted but may contain pit fragments.
