Use
Run under running water, apply a small amount of body wash or soap directly to the sponge and gently squeeze to create a lather. When finished, rinse thoroughly, squeeze out any excess water, and hang to dry completely between uses. Clean once a month by soaking the sponge in a mixture of 1 tablespoon baking soda to 1 cup water. Compost when the sponge has reached the end of its life.
