Reusable Sprouting Seed Lid
This easy-to-use, compact home-sprouting kit is perfect for beginners and experts alike. The nesting set of sprout huggers fit standard glass jars to create the perfect environment to grow nutritious sprouts at home. The two-part set includes a perforated top hugger which attaches to a standard or wide-mouth jar or drinking glass. The bottom hugger serves as a reservoir to catch water and allow proper air flow.

Use
Step 1: Soak... most seeds require soaking for 6 – 8 hours or overnight. You can find instructions for each kind of sprouting seed online.

Step 2: Drain... after soaking, drain and rinse your seeds a few times before placing your jar and sprout hugger upside down on the reservoir. Repeat regularly. 

Step 3: Rinse... rinsing your seeds and sprouts should be done frequently (twice a day at least). Remove any excess water, then return the jar to the reservoir.
