Our organic olive oil is extra-virgin and cold-pressed. It comes from Arbequina olives grown right here in California at Polit Farms. The Arbequina olives give the oil a piquant and robust 'green' flavor. Established in 1983, Polit Farms is a small, family owned and operated farm. They grow organic olives for the production of organic extra virgin olive oil. Fresh from the groves to their state-of-the-art olive mill, they are able to control every aspect of the process to achieve the highest quality organic extra virgin olive oil.

Yum!

Quality olive oil. It's fantastic to be able to refill this stuff without the waste! I always make sure to use the little clean rags when refilling so it keeps things clean.

Pour spout is perfect

Tasty oil, and the pour spout is a delight. Plus, I don't have to painstakingly de-oil the inside of it via handwashing in order to put in the recycling, since it will be put in the dishwasher after it's returned.
