Organic OrecchietteOrecchiette means 'little ears' in Italian, the cup in this shape is perfect to hold onto little bits of broth, and/or you can snuggle extra bits of garlic or sausage all up in there. Made right down the way in Mill Valley with grain and people top of mind. This pasta is vegan friendly, but not gluten free. All dried pastas can be stored for up to 12 months from manufacture.
