Organic Coconut Milk / Cream Powder

Use
Dissolve coconut milk powder in hot water, using 0.75 – 1 cup of powder for each 1 cup water. For light milk, use only 0.5 cups of coconut milk powder per 1 cup water. For cream, mix 1.5 cups coconut milk powder with 1 cup water. Remember that these ratios are only suggestions — the more powder used, the richer the milk / cream!
