Ethiopian – Medium Light Roast: This naturally processed coffee is incredibly complex with blueberry, chocolate and fresh ginger flavor highlighted by a thick and expansive mouthfeel. Aroma: chocolate, gingersnap, berry. Flavor: spicy, blueberry, ginger, chocolate. Mouthfeel: thick and expansive.
French – Dark Roast: This dark gem is full of chocolaty richness, with a subtle smoky flavor. Aroma: brown sugar, brownie, floral, bittersweet chocolate. Flavor: sweet, fudgy chocolate, gingerbread. Mouthfeel: velvety and thick, delicate, prolonged.
Nicaraguan – Medium Roast: Nicaraguan coffee co-ops are our oldest trading partners, and their coffees are delicate and interesting enough to keep us going for another 30 years! An aroma of cocoa, herb, caramel, and butter draws you in, and notes of herb, lemon, green tea, and orange meld together in a refreshing and agreeable cup. Flavor: green pepper, celery, chocolate, lime. Mouthfeel: light and refreshing.
Decaf Breakfast Blend: Medium and Vienna roast blend. This alluring decaf is balanced and sweet with tasting notes of chocolate, butterscotch, and brown sugar.
Black Silk Espresso: When pulled as an espresso shot or as a drip coffee, this blend is complex and fruity with tasting notes of dark chocolate, pomegranate, and berry. Its complexity and intense flavors shine both with milk and without, fascinating until the last sip. No added flavoring.
Cold Brew: This cold brew was born out of experimentation and has evolved as it becomes a blend of two delicious origins and many flavors. It is a blend of the heavy, mixed berry flavors found in the naturally processed Ethiopian coffee as it offers condensed sweetness and intrigue and the delicate jasmine notes found in the centrally washed Congolese coffee giving it roundness and balance to the blend.
